When you book a shared transfer we need to know the following:
Flight arrival time and flight number.
Arrival terminal if flying into Antalya.
No. of passengers.
Exact name and address of accommodation.
A mobile phone number you will be bringing with you.
When you make a reservation your booking will initially show as status
‘pending’. It will remain in this status until we have confirmed another sharer.
The status will then show as ‘confirmed’.
When you exit the departures door you will need to go to the Welcome Point. Our
driver will be waiting here with a board reading ‘Shared Transfers’ followed by
When booking we require credit card details in all instances. We will not charge
any money from your credit card until your transfer is complete. You may also
pay cash to the driver.
If your flight is cancelled we will not charge any Money. Please contact us to
let us know by email or by phone.
If your flight is delayed we will do our best to honour the sahred transfer
arrangement. If the delay is longer than 2 hours you will need to contact us to
arrange a new shared transfer.
We will do our best to ensure your waiting time is no longer than one hour.
However, wth the unpredictability of flight arrivals, customs, baggage etc this
cannot always be guaranteed.
